Acoustic Design, Soundproofing & Studio Treatment | 2017–2020
Between 2017 and 2020, ACE-ProAudio was involved in the design and installation of acoustic treatment and soundproofing solutions for a private commercial radio station in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
The project involved the installation of acoustic wall panels, sound-insulated partitions, acoustic ceiling treatments, and suspended flooring systems, specifically designed to meet the operational and acoustic requirements of a professional radio broadcasting environment.
A key feature of the project was the implementation of a “Room-within-a-Room” acoustic design, providing enhanced sound isolation to minimise external noise intrusion and sound transmission between studio spaces.
The acoustic treatment was designed to provide a controlled listening and broadcasting environment, supporting clear speech reproduction, improved sound quality, and professional on-air performance.
The completed studio was equipped wies in professional broadcast studio acoustic design, soundproofing, and integrated studio solutions.ith a fully digital broadcast mixing console and integrated radio automation system, supporting modern commercial radio broadcasting operations.
This project demonstrates ACE-ProAudio's capability.
